First Bus offers app, cash and card options as well as tap-on/tap-off. Check the operator's fare pages for the ticket appropriate to your journey, including Park & Ride and child or group travel.
Finding the right fare
First York calculates adult single fares by distance and applies daily or multi-day caps. The council's timetable directory covers multiple bus companies; a First ticket or cap is not automatically valid on all of them.
